RETOUCHING LEVELS
* NATURAL PAGEANT RETOUCHING:  $30

Color & Contrast  Correction, Lightly Retouched Resizing, Natural Lashes and Brows added (if needed), very light skin smoothing, and very light makeup and hair work.

Semi-Glitz: (most popular)
Color & Contrast Correction, Cropped and lightly retouched. Cleaning of hairs off the face, and markings of all exposed skin. A higher level of retouching.

* GLITZ PAGEANT RETOUCHING:  (we do old school retouching, 

not just running images through a face app program).

 Color & Contrast Correction, Resizing, Glitz Level Skin Smoothing, Lashes, Hair Graphic Artwork to achieve a national pageant glitz finish. In some cases background can be chanded.

* Very messy hair or makeup that requires extensive work will be at an additional cost.

Upon receipt of your retouched print, you will be allowed 1 set of minor changes at no additional fee. 

After that time or for excessive changes, an additional fee will apply and must be approved by the OPP Designs.

No background changes to aNatural or Semi-glitz Retouching, that would require you to purchase an Enhance Print Model. All images must be full size and done by a professional photographer.
